Our lamb is farmed here at Midway Farm Stall farm and our neighbouring farm, we operate two flock of ewes, one on each farm in order to stagger our lambing times to be able to sell our high quality grass fed lamb through our own shop at Midway Farm Stall.

We aim to provide you with quality dorper lamb, farmed sustainably through our regeneration process to ensure we can deliver a product on our shelves that is:
